TERMS OF SERVICE and MEMBERSHIP AGREEMENT

The Quezly Terms of Service and Membership Agreement sets out the terms under which you are authorised by the Quezly Developer Team ("Quezly", "We") to use and benefit from our products, websites and other services.

1. RETURN POLICY

All products on sale are digital products. Since digital products are products that are activated as soon as they are purchased, our products cannot be returned.

2. TERMS OF USE

Users who use our products, websites and other products are deemed to have accepted the following terms and conditions;

2.1 PRODUCT POLICY

Before you buy our products;

  • That you won't have access to the codes for our products,

  • That you cannot edit the codes of our products,

  • That you can't resell our products,

  • You agree that you cannot share our products.

2.2. LIMITATIONS

- That you are not in co-operation with other teams/persons in the same sector,

- That you will not make any unfounded, false allegations or statements to Quezly,

- I promise not to insult Quezly and other organisations with which it is associated,

- You agree not to insult Quezly's team members.

In case of cancellation of conditions;

- That your access to your product will be cut off,

- That you won't get any support from us,

- You accept that you can't take it back.

3. SUPPORT

We declare that uninterrupted support will be offered to users in all products you will buy from us.

Quezly reserves the right not to offer support to users.

NOTE: Product support will only be to the product owner. No support will be offered to people who state that they are partners or friends.

4. CHANGE OF TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Quezly reserves the right to change its terms and conditions without notice to you. Therefore, it is the user's responsibility to be aware of the changes to the terms and conditions.

Your continued use of our products after changes to the Terms and Conditions means that the updated agreement has been read and accepted.
